The Train + Play League is a league. Each weekly session is split between grade based skill development and a live half court game, and it runs 7 to 8 weeks for grades kindergarten through 5th.

Small Group Training is pure development work in a smaller group, with more individualized instruction, more repetitions, and personalized feedback. It runs Elementary School, Middle School, and High School divisions and is built for players working toward a school team, AAU basketball, or a higher level of play.

Train + Play pairs grade based skill development with live half court competition, so players build fundamentals and then immediately put them to use. Sessions run one hour a week for 7 to 8 weeks at All Sportz in Melville, starting the week of September 14.

Small Group Training is for players who are serious about improving their skills in a focused, high-energy environment. Training in smaller groups means athletes get more individualized instruction, more repetitions, and personalized feedback from our coaching staff. Sessions are organized by age and skill level into Elementary School, Middle School, and High School divisions, so every athlete trains alongside players of similar ability.

Small Group Training sessions use top-tier development equipment including the Dr. Dish Shooting Machine and the VertiMax system, which help athletes improve shooting consistency, explosiveness, speed, and overall athletic performance.

Yes. RTG Sports and All Sportz offer custom clinics. You pick your sport, book a time that works for your group, select the length of your session, lock in a qualified RTG Sports coach, and invite your friends and teammates.

Custom clinics work well for friend groups, teams, schools, birthday events, and athletes who want focused skill development. Sessions can be tailored to all ages and skill levels.
