Coach Ken Koerner brings over a decade of coaching, player development, and educational experience to every athlete he works with. His passion for teaching the game, developing confidence, and helping players reach their full potential has made him a respected coach throughout Long Island.

Coaching Experience

  • Assistant Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Brentwood High School for 10 years
  • Helped lead the program to:
    • 7 Consecutive Playoff Appearances
    • 1 League I Championship
    • 3 Suffolk County Final Four Appearances
  • Extensive experience in game planning, player development, skill instruction, and team culture building

Education & Teaching

  • Elementary Physical Education Teacher in the Brentwood Union Free School District
  • Utilizes his educational background to create positive learning environments while helping athletes develop both on and off the court
